Brain Cancer Centre
ThePublic Diagnosis

Experience the vulnerable moment of diagnosis.
Role: Strategy, concept, art direction.

Brain cancer is one of the most devastating diseases in the world. To raise awareness, we created an online platform that allows people to experience the vulnerable moment of diagnosis firsthand.

At the centre of the design is the consulting room chair, where the audience interacts with an abstract figure symbolising a patient. The platform features the film The Public Diagnosis alongside several personal testimonials from brain cancer patients and their families, resulting in an emotionally charged experience.

This interaction sheds light on the fragility of humanity, making the private devastation of brain cancer visible to the broader public. The integrated campaign received numerous awards, with the website earning several recognitions, including:

Good Design Awards - Gold
Good Design Awards - Best In Class
Awwwards - Site of the Day
Webby Awards - Shortlist

To elevate this experience, we utilized AI-driven parallax effects and particle rendering, crafting a digital journey that bridges the gap between public awareness and private suffering. The project was developed in collaboration with talented people at Oliver Grace, complementing the powerful campaign by The Royals and Finch with a deeply personal experience.
